Sofujxo (Jülicher Straße 185, 52070 Aachen, Deutschland) provides compliance consulting, legal structuring, and dispute resolution services. These terms govern the use of our services and website.
Engagement with Sofujxo requires written agreement. Services are provided on a project basis or retainer agreement as specified in individual contracts. Prices are confirmed in writing before commencement.
Sofujxo's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
All communications and work product are subject to attorney-client privilege where applicable. We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with German legal standards and GDPR requirements.
Invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments accrue 5% annual interest. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and all work product is retained until payment.
Client data is processed in compliance with GDPR and German data protection law. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration under German law. Jurisdiction: Aachen Regional Court.
Sofujxo reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days' notice.
